Commercial Insurance Specialists, LLC. ("we," "us," "the agency") is a licensed independent insurance agency operating from 3438 Colwell Ave, Tampa, FL 33614. This policy explains what information we collect when you request a quote or become a client, how we use it, and the choices you have. We take the privacy of insurance applicants seriously because the information involved — payroll, vehicle records, prior loss history — is sensitive by nature.

Information we collect

Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email and mailing address.
Underwriting information needed to prepare a quote: business type, payroll figures, number and type of vehicles, square footage, prior loss runs, license numbers and similar exposure data.
Website data: if you submit the quote form, we receive what you type into it. Our site serves the same static pages to every visitor; it does not run advertising trackers that build a profile of you across other sites.

How we use it

We use your information only to prepare quotes, place and service insurance policies, issue certificates and ID cards, and communicate with you about your coverage. We share underwriting information with the admitted insurance carriers we are appointed with strictly for the purpose of quoting and binding the coverage you asked for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not resell your inquiry as a "lead" to third-party marketers.

We are the agency that places your coverage. Information you share is used to serve you as a client — not packaged and sold to unrelated companies.

Who we share it with

Insurance carriers and their underwriters, when required to prepare or service your policy; regulators or law enforcement when required by law; and service providers (for example, a policy-management system) bound to keep it confidential. Nothing beyond that.

Data retention & security

We retain client and policy records for the period required by Florida insurance recordkeeping rules and our carrier agreements, then dispose of them securely. Access to underwriting files is limited to licensed staff who need it to service your account.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by calling (813) 384-6052 or emailing quotes@czartyuo.shop. If you are only requesting a quote and decide not to proceed, you can ask us to delete the application information we collected.
